~⭐~ is a collection of animations created partly in collaboration with machine learning models, offering a sensorial texture that speculates on the patterning of matter. Intelligent algorithms have been asked to imagine interconnectedness from the infinitesimal to the infinite: from quantum particles to galaxies, and from stardust to earth. Pattern and repetition become ways of understanding the emergence of complexity, and offer a way to meditate on how things are connected through deep time. ~⭐~ is 4 min animation loop produced using machine learning diffusion models, exploring the nature of the universe from the infintessimal to the infinite. Originally projection mapped onto the Bendigo Bank Facade. Animated from still generated images and combined with my older glitch/geometric work.

Commissioned for White Night Bendigo 2022 Dja Dja Wurrung and Taungurung Country Australia and exhibited at ISEA 2023 Paris, France.
